OK update for everyone #5 and #6 cyclinder no compresion so it looks like ill have to pull the engine for a rebuild thanks to everyone for their comments

Now I have the fun job of Ford warranty to deal with they will check the data stream in the memory and see that it has been over revved and over speed limiter so that is worring factor
yes but thats the problem have had a evo running on 60hp setting for a month or so took it out 2 weeks ago and this happens, so I have a battle on my hands I think
yes, the fact that you had aftermarket products will be hard to fight. however youre in luck, because the 60hp/tow program still maintains the stock rev limiter and speed limiter. when you bump up to 80 and 100hp, that is when you get rid of the limiters. the fastest you should have been going was 97mph before it cut out, (USA anyway) and 3400rpm. plus, if you took it out two weeks ago, it should be back to normal at the time of the accident.
