Lifter

I posted earlier this week about my lifters and push rods. And my inability to collapse them. What I found was with rocker arms removed I could not move the the push rods at all on the entire right hand engine bank. For some reason which I don't understand all those lifters are fully collapsed. These are brand new lifters. My next move is to pull intake and pull lifters out to check. The engine has been rebuilt. If anyone can give me and alternative. Please do so as I value the input from this site. Thanks Jerry

Spin the oil pump with a drill (counterclockwise) and make sure those lifters are getting oil.

It's possible one of the oil galley plugs wasn't put back, or it's leaking. Or the oil feed is clogged.
