I am going through the same problem with my 83 F250 300. I called everywhere and no one has it. So, the only choice's I have are to pull one off at a junk yard or make my own. I went to a junkyard yesterday and I could not get it off, it was to rusted to budge. so now I'm let to fabracating my own. I am using 3/4 inch pipe adding some fittings and bending it just like the one that was on it. It is a lot cheaper than the 120.00 ford wants. Good Luck with it.

I am trying to fabricate also. Going to use a ss gas flex line. Read someone else used one before with good results. Just gotta get the last adapter out of the egr end. daily spray of knocker loose and a big wrench hopefully it comes loose before I break something.

I flipped the egr over and clapped it in a vice between 2 blocks of wood and used a large socket on the end of an impact gun. I tugged on the trigger lightly in fear of breaking something. after about 10 seconds of pulling the trigger and letting off the bolt started to turn. It came out easy the rest of the way. I couldn't break it loose by hammering on the wrench like you were saying. (Why they had to put this crap on my motor I'll never know.)
