egr pipe
that pipe that conects to the bottom of the egr valve then goes under the plennum on a 95 302
well it has a whole in it and its got the annoying chirping sound going on too
is this pipe a bugger to change
does the plennum have to come off or can it stay on with a lot of swareing
and is it a ford dealer part

The top fitting isn't a problem, but I had a hard time breaking the lower one even with the plenum off the intake. In any case, start squirting Liquid Wrench on it now and do it every couple of days. That way, when you're ready to try it, it'll be as easy as it can be. When you put it back together, use Anti-Sieze lubricant on everything!
