I don't buy this. I think krewat had it right in an earlier post. Many service writers are simply cement heads that have little respect for customers. Fortunately many are not and will provide you with the Oasis printout. You just have to find the right person to do it for you and lucky for you many of those folks are FTE memebers that are willing to help out.
