Hey 1978FordF250, I have those Ebay one piece headlights on my truck with the modded 05 grille. It looks sweet and it passes as an 05 front end to many people. Only Ford truck guys that are really into their truck notices any difference. I will tell you outright, those headlights are amazing. They are SOOO much brighter than my 01 stock lights and I'm using the same bulbs. Light output is much greater and their adjustability is good too, alot of up/down, left/right adjustment angles can be made. Here are a few pictures for ya.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask. The headlights were a straight bolt-on, no cutting, grinding or anything. Only thing I had to hook up was the extra wires for the LED's on the side.

Davidt., Is That The Grill From Those Guys On Ebay That Take An 05 Grill And Make It To Fit The 04 And Older Bumper? Cause I Noticed That The Bottom Strip Of Chrome Is Very Thin Compared To The Original Thickness Of The Top Strip..just Wondering....

David, How Do You Think It Ranks On Quality, I Was Thinking On Doing That As Well. I Just Did A Mesh Grill, But Really Like The 05 Look.

Racer, they use an OEM factory Ford grill and just cut up along the bottom to make it fit on the 99-04 bumpers. The top screws fit on the factory spot and the lower half is zip tied on. Quality of the grill itself is OEM Ford good stuff. I like it, it was a little pricey at $250 but oh well, I love the truck and $250 to make'er look pretty is fine I guess lol.
