I have been thinking about getting an after market bumper (Road Armor) for my 2002 F250 and was considering the idea of buying the model for a 2005-2007 instead of the 2002. My thought was that I could then buy a 2005 grill and it would look like a 2005. I have an 05 grill on my truck already with the bottom trimmed down so I know I can make the grill work. Does anyone know if the headlights on the 02 match up with an 05 bumper? It looks right...

 

I think they are the same around the trim. They use early grills with the new style.lights.

 

You'll need to cut/trim your old header panel or purchase a 05-07 header panel and the 05-07 headlights will drop in. Search this site...you'll find tons of information with every detail you'll need. Good Luck
