After installing my guages, Im noticing my boost may be by on the low side.
at 55 mph, boost reads-2 psi, 60 mph- 3 psi, 65 mph -4 psi, 70 mph- 5 psi
and at 75 mph - 6 psi, is this normal for a 99 psd empty. also seem to be getting
lower MPG. Would adjusting the wastegate be a fix like KWIKKORDEAD touched
on a couple of days back. Any advice on this will be appreciate

Sounds about normal to me. that's what i get on my 2002 F-250. It goes up to about 25 psi when i go WOT. Pulling a 9000lb camper up hill puts it in the 15-20psi range. U don't want much boost cruising down the highway on level terrain. Mine runs about 3-6psi cruising at 65mph up and down minor inclines.
Stock turbo (wicked wheel installed to control surge)) with drive pressure ratio of 2:1(for every 1lb of boost it takes 2lbs of exhaust "drive pressure" to make).
