My 2005 Chevy has rear drum brakes. Cost cutting to improve profits probably. The work a helluvalot better than my Titan brakes.

he's right they went back to drum brakes. The article I was reading siad they did it to save money and they seem to work better on the truck, figure that

My truck stops on a dime. I can run 55 up the exit ramp and not worry much about what is ahead. 2006 went back to the 4 wheel disc brakes.
