I prefer to drive the truck, depending on the need of the day, but I can't afford to feed it, so it gets run when it has a job to perform, and i generally drive the minivan, it's easy for me to get in and out, anything low to the ground and I have trouble getting in and out, standing up is a big problem... but once I'm in, I like to drive my T/A, but since the trans is puked AGAIN....
I owned my first truck just a few months back ! And I like it ! It has been our daily driver ever since - although fuel bills went quite a bit up ! Still I like it !
i'd rather drive my truck than anything. the explorer i had wasn't bad but my f150 is definitely a step up. if gas wasn't an issue i'd drive my truck all the time. but with the cost of fuel i use the car for commuting and the truck i take out on weekends or when i'm doing stuff.
Truck! you can turn it into a van/suv with a topper and open the windows between them. Best of all 3! kids don't buckle up anyway, just throw them in the back. be sure to get a topper with no windows on the side and tinted in the back so the cops can't see that they are back there.
Seriously though, my crew cab can easily fit a family of 5, with seat belts, tons of gear and i get about 17mpg and can tow anything up the rock pile without a sweat. PSD baby!
