I have a 1960 F-100 that from what I see has never had a windshield washer in it.. Im not worried about it eing OEM but what combition of parts have your Guys/gals used in this case?
I'm using the bottle and pump assembly from a 99+ Mazda Miata. It's relatively compact, the pump is built into the tank and it has mounting ears to screw it to the firewall or inner fender panel or ???

I have a square tank from a 78 F100 and just bought some generic tubing and tube splitters. The spray nozzles, I don't know..........hhmmmm they were already in the truck come to think of it.
Mine already has the nozzle on the hood, you could use one of the hood mounted ones (Miata uses this type as well) or the stealth type from a late model car with hidden wipers, many used separate little tubes that mounted to the back edge of the cowl that could be adapted to mount under the back edge of the hood. I may end up changing over to that type eventually just to keep the hood clean. If you wanted more bling, they sell replacement nozzles that light up in different colors to the tuner crowd.
