Brother I hear you I was just posing a thought as to why Ford seems so hot and cold on the go fast mobiles.. I know some oflks who have most of the pseudo hot rods you listed and thay all took a HUGE premium hit at the insurance desk.... I think Ford is looking to keep it's lead with the Truck sales and not jepordise it.
I do NOT think they had any crystal ball and saw this inverted diesel price and $2.00+ gas spike comeing and I bet it has then sweating big bullets... Luck for them Dodge and Chevy are bigger fuel pigs...

The reason behind my question on the Hurricane is I just saw, in this months C&D, MT, R&T, one of them I subscribe to, the test mule for the extended length Expedition to replace the Excursion (they say). and they said the 6.2 Hurricane was the engine that was in this truck.
