Talking Another New V-10 Owner

Hello Everyone,
I took ownership of my new F-250 V-10 yesterday afternoon. I can not tell you how impressed I am with it. This is my first Ford comming from a long line of GM owners. The power is unbeleivable!!! I can't wait until it's broken in. It's well worth waiting for a customer order rather then taking from dealer stock. I got just what I wanted. I ordered it in the Oxford White only because white does not show any imperfections, ie dings or scratches. I am going to do just a subtle blue line for pinstriping and add the factory molded mudflaps along with a Linex bed liner. My first problem with it was I went to go out to diner last night and I could not find suitable parking for it. I guess it comes with owning such a large truck. The fit and finish is good for a domestic vehicle. I just hope that 6 months from now I don't regret having gotten it. The only other addition I am going to put on the truck is a snow plow and I am still undecided on what to go with.
Thanks Again To Everyone on this Site.
So far it has exceeded my every expectation. (And I have High Expectations For This Truck)

Now I Know the True Meaning of a BSEG!!!!

Congratulations!! I've had many Fords, then a GMC and now back to Ford. Of course I'm biased, but I'm sure you will love your new truck. As a matter of fact I was thinking about my truck(see signature) while reading your post and it turns out you don't have to be driving the truck to get a BSEG!

Congrats......I was a GM owner for 15 years.....my last one really let me down. So I baught a super duty V10......the best truck I have ever owned. At 40K miles and 2 New England winters, it still runs and looks like day one.

Congrats on the new ride...pretty awesome power in these beasts. I know you will not have the 6 month depression. Been driving mine to work every day for the seventh month now, and every day some aspect of her brings out the BSEG.

Some times it is simple things like putting on the left blinker, checking the left and rear, sliding over one lane to ease on by some 55 in a 70 yodle with no clue that the blue white cloud is oil being consumed at a bad rate.

BSEG indeed... hell I have to turn up the radio a tad to keep from hearing his bashing beating poor old rods pound them selves to death!

Welcome to our obsession!

33ppp Good for you. You have a double delight, A real truck with a real motor.
People that are used to driving a "Buick with a box" are always impressed with the Ford SD. Good Luck with your new wheels, Wrenchtraveller.
