Around Atlanta, GA it seems like the only superduties that dealers are giving any advertised discounts on are the diesels. They don't seem to stock very many V10's, so to get what you want you would have to order it. I guess what I'm trying to say is that it appears you can get a diesel for about the same price as a V10 around here. So the main cost difference around here would wind up being the cost of maintaining the vehicle, so possibly the extra mpg would partially make up some of the maintenance cost. I guess it really comes down as usual to just buy what you like best.
