Hard starting 95 3.0
I took you'alls advice and changed the AIC and all is well but then mom left the truck for a few days and tried to start it and she counted 10 revlolutions before it started WTF!!! 
It has new fuel filter resonabely clean K7N air filter new IAC valve,good not cracked plug wires,cleaned the TB 10k miles ago. The spark plugs(motor craft patinums) are not that old and are lower milage but I'll pull two just to check them. What else could it be? She hears the fuel pump buzz for like 2 seconds so that sounds bormal.

No.She was about to when it finaly started.
That gas pedal flooring thing DOES NOT work on this truck, my car or any other injected truck I have come in contact with...Don't get me started. It cranks instantly . It does not keep them from starting-the manual even says "if you have trouble starting fully depress the gas pedal and let up when engine starts.

Still have the starting problem?
Could be fuel pressure regulator. Check for pressure with pump running and check how long fuel rail remains pressurized after pump stops.
Just a thought.
