Actually, like you, the military. I was at Eielson from 97-01. Right now I'm in Korea with 4 months remaining. Can't wait to get there. My son (5) is determined that he is going to make a pet out of a black bear! He'll figure that out all on his own. I'll be up there in April and looking for a place to live. We are looking at North Pole. So, if someone knows of someone looking to rent a place out, let me know.

I'm a supply troop and spent 2 years the that squadron and then 2 years in SFS.

I was just up there for 4 weeks this summer and the place has really changed.

Just wanted to say hello. I've been off the site for a long time. We moved to North Pole in May. It is definitely colder than Chugiak here!
