I read in a post that someone with a 2wd 4.6 liter had 2" pro comp rear blocks yet they are not sold anymore. Does anyone know where i can maybe find some now or have another alternative?
Just get the factory Ford 2" blocks that come in the 4x4. That would be my suggestion. And if you want a 4" block, same thing, except go with a 4" Superduty block from Ford. I use factory parts as much as I can when at all possible. I do mix and match some like I just mentioned, but it's still Ford.
Yes the local dealership, If they are a good one. Or maybe the Fordpartsonline that everyone always talks about. I've never bought from there cause I work at a dealer.
benoit, I see you have an FX4. Go out to your truck and look under it at the rear springs. You will see a block between the springs and the axle. That's what we are talking about.
