Snow Plow Package = Leveling kit???

I thought I read awhile back that the springs that come on the Snow Plow Package raised the front end of the truck enough to serve almost as a leveling kit. Does anyone know this to be undisputeable fact? Does it deam true on the '05's with coils?

I have an 05 F350 with plow prep and it does not sit any higher than non plow prep trucks. The truck is still a couple inches lower in the front than rear
