Dashtrash....just a question...why are you Dynamatting your doors??
Because my stereo/speakers put out a little too much bass and all four of my door panels were rattling. I also wanted to keep the sound inside the cab instead of letting it leak out.
I had the rear window squeak, dealer found that the screws that hold the window in the frame were broken. He replaced the whole window and seal. So far so good. My first time here on this forum! Looks great so far!
I too have lived the rear window rattle saga--They finally replaqced my whole rear window assembly several months ago. But now it is back in this one as well- there is now a TSB from Fod on the issue- Im getting ready to print it off and march back to my dealership- TSB 4-20-3 I believe....
Good luck, I had them do procedure A today and the rattle is still there. So I have to take it back and drop it off for them to do B since it is a much longer procedure.
I had the rear window rattle, and the fix is the removal of the window and the installation of new gaskets to seal the window. The factory gaskets on the 04' supercrew models were improperly sized which leaves room to move, thus causing the rattle. I brought it to the dealer told them my problem, and it was fixed in a day by the glass company.
There is a tsb on rear sliding window.Operation # is 042003A.
I have the same rattle.Open your window part way and take your hands and shake it and you will see how lose it is and you will here the rattle.
The fix sounds sounds real simple.Call your dealer as I plan to do and give him the tsb number and hopefuly we all can get this darn rattle taken care of.

Tell him what you drive and what your problem is. I had no problem with the dealer at all. I would also try telling your dealer that is what it is, this way their back door won't be telling you they can't reproduce the noise (which we all know is crap)
the dealer finally heard the rattle.they said that ford made a new replacement gasket for manual slider window.i droped it off today. ill let you no if thats the fix.
I now have the rattle from the rear too. It sounds like it's coming from the power rear window, though I cannot be sure. My wife rode in the rear seat for a while trying to see where the noise was coming from. One minute she thought is was the rear window, then the bed, then the door....
I also have a chirping noise when I go over bumps. If I push up on the dome light I can reporduce the noise. Happens when I slam the driver's door too.
I initallity thought the noise was coming from the dash.
Ford did an awesome job reducing the outside noise. Too bad there's so much inside noise.
I printed it and took it with to the dealer. They confirmed the rattle/squeak and ordered the parts as listed in the TSB. Hopefully when the parts are replaced I won't have the rattle.
