Matt Kilgore- Fairhope Alabama
Grew up in Birmingham now raising a family here.

I am @50 yards from the eastern shore of Mobile Bay as I write this- we took a beating from Ivan but I would not live anywhere else and I have seen most of this country.

"If it's snowbird season why can't we shoot them?"

Also thanks to all the people and communities from all over the U.S.
who came down to help us. It makes you proud of America and American's.

I'm from Randolph County and I have lived in Huntsville too. Right now I am stuck at Fayetteville, NC in the military. I sure would love to move home but I guess that is 20+ years away. North Carolina sucks. Hardly any lakes to fish that are worth a darn.

Corey:

Just a quick note to say Thank You for doing your part to keep our country free. It's young people like you that make me proud to be an American. Keep up the great job.

I know you miss your family, and no other state will ever be as good as yours. Just remember that a lot of us Americans appreciate what you are doing for us. I know, I did my time back during Nam.

Thank you and God bless.

Jim

Thanks, it's not that bad really. I actually make decent money, get 30 days off work each year, tons of holidays that I used to work thru as a civilian, No fly days that we just don't work, and the best healthcare my money doesn't have to buy. Now if I can just get them to build a base in my old backyard in Alabama so I can go home all would be well.

What part of Randolph County are you from? All of my family live in the Roanoke, Rock Mills area of Ala., and the LaGrange area of Ga.
