I usually take one or two days at a time. I am thinking of maybe going to Costa Rica to scope it out as a place to retire. That would take more than a couple of days.

Good morning Taz. Hows the day? You headin to work?

Costa Rica. Thats a place to retire I guess. Never been there. Not to populated?
Had reservations in Jamaica.....put on hold ofcourse.

I'd like to visit Belize. Know a guy who bought 100,000 acres down there. Its his retirement fund.
I've seen stuff on Belize................wow.

I believe its almost time for "The Sum Of All Fears".

2-3 gallons of iced tea for me. That helps me get through the hours. I was thinking about getting some land in Montana or New Mexico to retire on.

Make sure you do your homework before you sink money. Those nice pieces of land for decent prices dont come with mineral rights. Therefore someone else has em. Then one day you'll wake up to all this heavy machinery dropping in wells and running pipe lines thru your garden. Nothin can be done.....you're screwed. Kind aliek you own the grass, they own the dirt.

At my last house in Kali, they started to drill for oil about 500 yards away. Something happened and a bunch of cars got oil on them. I checked mine and didn't see much of anything but I got a check anyway.
