Then one day you'll wake up to all this heavy machinery dropping in wells and running pipe lines thru your garden. Nothin can be done.....you're screwed. Kind aliek you own the grass, they own the dirt.
At my last house in Kali, they started to drill for oil about 500 yards away. Something happened and a bunch of cars got oil on them. I checked mine and didn't see much of anything but I got a check anyway.
