Well boys I'm here but i ain't "here." I got off at 7 am Thursday and i don't go back in till 2300 Monday night. My midnight co-worker and I switched schedules so that we coudl each get a few days off to do some huntin, he wanted next weekend so the switch gives me 4 days off then 10 days on, my coworker gets 10 days on and 4 days off. The best part is we each get the days off we want without having to take any vac. time.
An update, I'm finding a lot of quail and the tribe (my dog and my dad's two, both of which are pups out of mine) is working great (for this early in the season). If these three keep this up, dad and I should have a kick*** year in the field. My dog I never worried about the way he would work, my dad's two I wondered about, they just turned two and sometimes have a mind of thier own. Ironically both of them are females, imagine that, "a mind of thier own."
Regardless I am having a great "extended weekend" and I'm findin lots of birds, the dogs are working great, I'm having a few Coors Lights (after the hunt of course) and since it rained and the ground is too wet to be in the field I don't have any work to do so all I can do to kill time is quail hunt. I sure got it rough don't I.

Pep, I got a heartbreaking story for you later. Sorry you got moved to days, I feel for you.

See yall on the Tues. morning shift.

Doesn't sound to good, but if it makes you feel any better, I would imagine everyone has had troubles with the opposite gender at some stage, I know I have...
But I am not really a good person to dispense relationship advice - I keep getting in trouble for touching the wifes car, she seems happy with how it is, and doesn't want it to "break the land speed record" - hehe little does she know I have a ball bearing Garrett turbo on order

girls are just the tip of the iceberg. But it's everyone as a whole. they get to me. I can't just shrug all this off because thats part of it too. I have always kept everything inside. never talked to anyone about what i was thinking. i guess all the anger about everyone is finaly starting to get to me.

Drew I have an idea for you... Go to your local junk yard with a baseball bat, ask them to use one of their cars/trucks they are going to crush, and proceed to whoop the living bageezus out of them... I have done this a few times and you might be surprised of the results

i actually can't. Last time i did it, i went off on a tree. I put a couple giant cracks down the side of it, and bent the bat to about a 45 degree angle. never seen anyone tear up a metal bat untill i did that.
