Rear Window seal bronco

Has anybody changed the window seal and the back of a bronco? I need to change the seal and the fuzzy piece on the tailgate itself. How tough is this and how do you do it???? Dan

If you are talking about the inner and outter felt, it is easy to do. I replaced mine not too long ago and took less than 30 minutes for both without ever looking at it before hand. With the window down, each piece witll kind of push down and then toward the window and then lift up. They will clip back in place. You will also have to remove the 2 rubber stops at each side of the tailgate. I have the window track that goes inside the door but have not tackled that one yet.

Hope this helps.

Good luck,

go to jeffs broncograveyard. they sell a complete weatherstrip kit for the broncos. its a tad steep but when you look at all the weather stripping on our broncos and what they charge for a single piece its not so bad. I will be doing this before winter for sure
