a program that you put all the stats of an engine into and it tells you the approximate hp and torque of an engine. Its fun to play with but it can't take into consideration factors that will drop hp. Its fun to play with. You can find it on the net for free in some places(if you know where to look) or if you know someone(who knows where to look), but normally you can find it for around $15 or so.

It can be very accurate if set up properly but most users will not spend the $ for a manual nor will they read it much less study it. It takes a lot of study and thinking to use it properly otherwise it is just a game to play with.

totally agree! the more accurate it is set up the more accurate it is.
