Now I believe I have 19lbs(that i have took out, cleaned, and rebuilt) Injectors stock. According to my desktop dyno I should be pushing the limits(if not exceeding) of the stock injectors. So do I need bigger injectors or will i be safe and not run lean up top?
also the desktop dyno said, with the go fast parts, that I should be pushing 300hp and 400tq. Does this sound correct?
Do you have stock cam...
If yes, then you don't need injectors.
If you have upgraded cam, then I'd put 30s in it and get a custom chip made.
Did you swap it to mass air yet?
You should. That way you can get the most out of the upgrades.
What trans
If its e4od then you may get away with swapping in a 460 ecu, and 24lb injectors.
However, this is a crazy idea I had earlier and bring 100cud smaller, it may not idle the best (but probably pull like a bugger)
He's got a '96 so the factory already did that for him.
Otherwise, I'd say your advise is rather spot on. Stock injectors are indeed 19's - you're going to need to spend for a custom tune as well as the injectors if you go bigger.
OK, i got some 30's out of a thunderbird supercoupe i can use. Now I'm just going to get a bigger MAF housing and a Tune. Any recommendations on tune? I have stock cam, but should probably upgrade to take advantage of the upgrades. Any recommendations on cam choices? lots of e303 cams for cheap but it's kind of an archaic cut and not made for TQ.

He has gone over the cam upgrade many many many times.
Your truck has a 60 or 70mm maf now, if its 70 then you don't need a new one. I don't know what the trucks had.
As for the tune, call around and ask if the Dyno shop can tune your ecu code. Ask around and see if there are people who like or dislike that Dyno shop. Hopefully you'll find a good one.

What he ^^^ said. Keep in mind, it's not like many people put a custom tune on a truck, and since you have a '96, you may very well have a one-year-only PCM that nobody has looked at before. Dunno, just speculating, but I'd ask all this before I go buying a bunch of hardware I can't use.
'96 being the first year for OBD-2 on these trucks there's probably little support for it from the usual suspects that make OBD-2 tuners, so you may have to go old school and use a Moates module and laptop which is not a bad solution at all since it gives you total access to all engine parameters.
As for needing larger injectors what I suggest is you get a wideband O2 sensor and an electric fuel pressure gauge to monitor these two key parameters, build the motor with the 19's and then see how it does. If the motor does go lean on the top end the first solution would be to increase base fuel pressure via an adjustable FPR.. assuming the fuel pumps can keep up, if not they need to be upgraded anyway because they won't support larger injectors either. But with enough fuel supply 19s can be stretched to supply 350hp via increased pressure, and overall the motor will run much better on 19s with the stock MAF meter than it would with larger injectors/MAF and no tune.
conanski, i see you recommend the Comp 35-320-8 alot. Does this cam fit the profile for me wanting a good torque curve while still having decent hp numbers. I have a set of 1.7 that i can use with the gt40p heads i have to help increase lift a little.
So with my go fast goodies listed above, does this compliment everything else? and how well?
