Off topic- a deputy I helped thru the police academy stopped by tonight, with as cordial as it was- I was served papers from fomoco suin' me for $8,000 the truck they sold for $6,000.
I love my old Ford trucks but I will never buy from fomoco even if they would let me, which they won't anyway.
Fomoco, you have made an enemy with a LONG memory and with depth your lawyers can't contemplate.
But what could a hick like me know????

Bank of Am. tried to do that to me,they took my truck that I owed $6000 on.Then they sold it for $3000.Said I owed them $3000.I sent them a letter and said that they didn't know how to run a business. That they had sold something for less then what they had in it,that was there loss.I didn't owe them a dime.
That was ten years ago and I haven't here a word from them.

I believe I would consult with some kind of financial expert or lawyer on this hopefully there is some kind of way you can avoid the 8000 dollars and bankruptcy. Lawyers aint cheap but they are alot cheaper than 8000. Plus some offer free consultation where they can lay out the options for you before you go ahead with things. I know I avoid lawyers like the plague too but it may be the best option right now.

I ain't gonna do the B word yet..I'm still holdin out for Mudflaps to buy the multi-million $ lottery ticket so I can open my BBQ joint and make an honest livin'.
I still believe the trinity of good food, cool Blues and cold beer will keep a customer base.
All I need is that first 5 million.
So I don't want all the multi-millionaires to jump at once, ya'll gotta make a line./reality back now.
I hope everyone has a great weekend..
