Best to ya bro- not cookin' tonight.
There is a chance of flurries so I am waiting on a chance to grill and snowball fight at the same time.
For some reason I am having a craving for twice baked taters....and shrimp..

Pappy Reds in cumming
Slopes in Alpharetta.
Both are great, I havn't tried Two Brothers in Ball Ground, but I hear it's good. People rave about Davis BBQ here in Jasper, I was very disappointed, way too much vinegar in the sauce. The stew....I think I have had better from a CAN.

Two Brothers

jmalcek,
Definetly try Two Brothers, 10 on a scale of 1 (poor) to 10 (perfect). Be the day for it too, cold and all.

I've eaten at 2 Brothers in Ball Ground many times an they are really good but they don't hold a candle to The Pink Pig in Ellijay! holy cow (or pig ) i can't believe no one has mentioned them! they are by far the best i have had! i've been goin there for the past 15 years or so!

Thumbs up Shades of Lewis Grizzard!!

I am not sure how I could have forgotten Sprayberry's in Newnan! Lewis Grizzard's favorite all time BBQ joint. The BBQ is fantastic, the onion loaf unreal!

Hope all my fellow North Georgians are inside and safe this weekend, with power. It didn't hit us like we thought but we have (at lease with my hammer and a 16d nail) about 3/4" of ice in the driveway. No tire studs, not much goes on ice well. Time to smoke a brisket! Later days.

We got about 3 inches of ice and it is still comin' down.
The power is flickerin' off and on and Thank God stayin on.
I just pulled some ribs off the grill and they are more dry than I would like.
I cooked professionially up north but I must be screwin' somethin' up.
Thank God the weather will change soon- 60's by Wed...
