HELP! diablo chip wont work

I recieved my chip today, but my truck wont start with it. I did everything step by step. After trying it and no luck, I thought the plates(?) might not be clean enough. So, I got some 1500 grit sandpaper and lightly rubbed while looking close with a flashlight untill it looked shiny like the pamphlet said. No luck! My theft light isn't blinking either. what in the world could be wrong

. the chips # is XRR0DIA-4BANK #790. My truck is a 98 Mazda B4000 4x4

BTW, the protective cover was not in with the package.

I think I might have found the problem on http://www.pdqperformance.com/home.htmlI found a pic about doing the jumper trick and found this

that's what mine looks like, so I guess I need to send it to them or ya'll to solder it up? Someone please let me know, I'm already fustrated enough as it is.

If you get a flashing theft light, its the jumper. Did you get the chip through www.Motorhaven.com ?

yes, i got the chip through motorhaven.com. But, I wasn't getting the flashing theft light.

What about a flashing check engine light? Have you called the shop for support?

Nothing was flashing at all. Everything was working normal besides my truck not starting. I have called, but regretfully to return the chip for a refund, unless someone can pinpoint the problem and how to resolve it by 2:30p.m. today, because that's when it will be shipped.
