smoke stack rain caps

What do yall suggest. should i turn the rain caps where the wind from running down the highway pushes them open or closed. just wondering. I dont want the wind to force them down and create back pressure but i dont want the wind to force the open and bend or stick them. thans a lot

I have a black stack, but I didn't put enough paint on it and it rusted, but chrome wouldn't look good on my truck. I have my cap facing so the wind pushes it open just because I don't think my 300 has enough backpressure to overcome the force, but since you have a 7.3 it shouldn't matter either way. I think it would look better facing so the wind pushes it shut.
