ima gonna ask him... something about just putting them in a coffee can with something or other is supposed to clean them... but i hear they're tough to get out
mine is a '90 f150 with a 302, auto. after i've been driving for an hour the check engine light goes on. i used the code reader and got code 41 from the computer memory
i dont know what the code means im sure someone does but i know that you can rent a O2 sensor socket and tool from autozone or other parts stores also if u run the vehicle till the exhaust pipe gets hot that will make it come out easier and there is always penetrating oil also (just be careful with flamable stuff on hot exhaust pipes!)
and if u can find out what u clean them with i know that the inside has two platnuim strips and the outside is ceramic so i have no idea what can clean the combination without messing it up
