Really easy...pull the relay out of the socket and use a test light to determine which contact has 12v power only when the vehicle is shifted in reverse. This will be the contact that trips the relay, and the one that you will want to tap into with your switch.

Make sure the wiring you use is the same gauge as the wire you are tapping. Depending on how Ford wired everything, this wire may need to cary the load of the built in reverse lights.
