First off I think I found where my coolant is coming from, of at least some of it. I ran it hard for a long time to get some EGTs and boost readings. Coolant is coming out the cap on the tank. EGTs where about 1250-1300 pre turbo. Boost was about 30 but when it shifted into a high gear it jumped to like 37-38. (my gauge is a 35). Remember I have a 4in turbo back exhaust and 38in tires, so you guys can do the apples to apples thing.
This is very good news. Make sure it is what you think.

When you load it with a higher gear, the boost should be maximum with the maximum load. 38 lb.? How long did you see that? That is the most I've heard on these engines.
I am guessing it to be about 37-38 because my gauge is a 35 and it went past that and stayed there until I lifted. I was running out of room, but it was not just a spike. I would like to know why the coolant comes out the filler cap, its not over filled. The truck might see more load because of the 38in tires...... What do you think?

Are you talking about the filler cap on the overflow bottle or the cap on the radiator? If it is the radiator cap, check to see if it is on all the way and the rubber gasket is intact. If it appears OK, replace it, it won't hold pressure.
Most any repair shop will have a tester to check the "pop off" pressure of the cap. Might be a good idea to have it checked to see if it is within specs. If it is in fact OK, you could have a head gasket leak under load. Engine blocks distort an unbelievable amount when running and could possibly be causing a gasket leak only under heavy load.
I just checked mine and it had slight pressure (I think it was vacume). Check to see that someone hasn't over filled the system. That and a punctured bottle and broken or loose hose and a bad cap are about all that can leak.
This bottle is so high in the engine compartment and in plain view, if you think the leak is coming from there, it probably is.
Speaking of head gasket leaks- i seem to have one on mine. It is very minor, i believe, i can only see a small amout of leakage on the drivers side, only enough to wet a few small spots near the exhaust manifold. I cant see the passenger side (or rather, i havent buried my head in deep enough yet to see it). it seems very minor, just wondering if this is anything to worry about, other than to keep an eye on it. I have had the superchips tuner in my truck for about 4 days, been running the living crap out of it. stock other than the tuner. I'm not sure if it did or didnt leak before the tuner, all i know is that there is a small leak, acutally more like seepage. It hasnt yet made the coolant level drop in the overflow tank, and isnt enough to make the truck visibly drip. Should i be worried about it?

Any leak between the head and block is not good............if that is where it is coming from.

Are there any other modifications done to your truck?
I've never seen more than 34 psi, and this was in spikes only.
Perhaps you have a leak in your map sensor hose?
If you have a leak in it or leave it disconnected it may cause higher spikes.

Take it to Ford (make sure it's stock).
Head gasket leaks on the 6.0L are nothng new......a friend had this happen two his truck two days after he bought it....only mod was an air filter.

When you say you were running out of room.......if at all possible maybe next time roll out of the throttle a bit and see if the boost comes down. It sounds as though if you were not running out of "something" you would have left it to the wood until something else happened.
