46, 6'4 hell ive been wieghtlifting since high school and after i got out of the miltary, i always like to stay in shape, may be just a little too old but i can still hang with the guys that are lifting those massive weights these days, i always lift 3 days a week and stay fit.
290 1RM Bench press, 65lbsx10x2 bicep curl, 165lbsx8x3 shoulder shrug all reps done slowly. I've always been really slow to see results with the bench press. 27 6' tall 185lbs.
i am 6'3" and about 230 and last time i maxed out i did 255... granted this was my sophmore year in highschool, and i have not really worked out regularly in over 3 years so i have no idea what i can do now. i would love to be able to do upper 200's some day but i just dont have the time to work out that much
I duno why but I'm a muscular kid, I am not fat at all and weighing 185 is pretty high for only being 5 8..but i'm not that strong. I played varsity ice hockey..no football for me
At my strongest last year I was doing 265 max on the bench, regularly like 175-200. I did 160-170lb on each arm for those lil decline machines (they're pretty easy)...probably 50's if I did dumbells. I did 50s on the incline w/ dumbells...and like..40-50 on the chest fly cable machines...i havnt lifted in about a year so I'm down a little bit, I'm benching 165ish 4-5 times.
I can do numerous 16 ounce reverse wrist curls with a cold coors light
Yes! I used to curl several 32 ouncers every weekend at a shady little bar when I was in college about 14 years ago! Now I play it safe with the 16s like F150Texan!
