2001 wiring troubles

i recently changed my 4-way plug to a 6-way plug and added brake controller when I'm done everything works but my right turn signal. I've tried everything I know - now I need help.

Excursion
fuse #20 and #22 under the hood

Pickup
fuse #1 and #3 under the hood

all 7.5 amps

it is a 2001 F-150 supercrew. The manual doesn't show where this fuse box is located under the hood, it shows the interior box and the power box. can you tell me where it is located?
