Hello all, just joined. I'm in Eldon, just about the middle of the state. About 30 min from Jefferson City and 15 minutes from Lake of the Ozarks.

Seriously though, my youngest boy loves Scooby Doo and I did as a kid. Always thought it would be a rather unique screen name.

What is the huge hill of excavated dirt on hwy 89 a couple miles outside of Eldon going to be?

You mean 87, right? It's the leftovers from when the runway was extended at the airport. Have no idea why it was piled up like that but it's been that way for several years. As far as I know it's just going to be a dirt pile.

That's it, I don't know why I typed 89. I take 87 from Rt C to Fayette.
