Soundproofing

I ordered my exhuast kit and while I was at it I thought about some sound proofing. Any thoughts? Interior under carpet type, or under body outside? I could spend a few hundred on a new sound system and turn it up I guess. Thanks...

Wow, apparently Dynamat is made of gold. My wife redid my sister's 75 Malibu with a few rolls of cheap soundproofing from Advance with impressive results.
