Code 213 related to PIP?
I have been getting a code 213 Spout Circuit Failure code on my 1993 F-150 302 for a while now. I have posted a couple of other times but nobody seems to be able to help me with this. I have checked all of the wires for shorts, replaced the PCM, replaced the ICM and still have this message! 
The only other thing I can think it might be is the PIP sensor in the distributor but I am not sure if this is possible. Does anybody out there know? I am also having other symtoms that may indicate this PIP as well (like hard starting when hot). Please Help!!!!!!!
