NEED HELP...Code 213 Question

My truck has been running terrible lately and fuel mileage has dropped of drastically. The check engine light has been coming on so I pulled the codes tonight and got the following: KOEO 173, 327, 328, 332 & KOER 213, 327, 311. I am perplexed by code 213 which is SPOUT circuit open. If anyone could shed some light on what this 213 code means or if they think any of the other codes are more of an issue I would appreciate it.

What this means in quick terms is that the computer is not able to control the timimng. You need to see if the spout connector is pushed all the way in or that the connector is not completly missing. The SPOUT connector is going to be around your distributor. It will have 2 wires going into it and then it should have what looks like a cap on it. It is grey in color. Let us know what you find out and shout back.
