I also have the wind noise, it starts at 45mph, and also sounds as if it's comming from the windshield. I have no bug shield. and its annoying
FYI...Mine is at the dealer as we speak for some warranty work...one of the items being wind noise. I asked them if that was fixed when I called for an update this morning and he said, yes it was. They had to make some door adjustments according to the service guy.
My truck is also being worked on for various things today one being wind noise from the drive side. I called my dealer and it is in fact fixed they too had to reset/rehang my drivers side door, they even replaced all the trim on that side also; it is now as quiet as the passenger side. Also i had them check my cruise control and i was told unless it is a big hill the truck should not excellerate more than 5 mph, mine did 15, they reflashed the computer or something, and i tested it, fixed. They also reflashed the computer for the lag in the throttle, HUGE difference. I spun my wheels out of the dealership with service guy in truck becuase he wanted to see if the new flash would work! The service manager also took my truck, with me, for a ride because i had NO vibration issues, then called someone who did, to drive my truck. So they have been looking all day at my truck trying to see if there is any difference between the two trucks, i asked them not to take too much apart because i didn't want to get vibration problems. So because I let them use my truck to drive around trying to figure stuff out, they bought me a tank of gas, changed my oil, and detailed my car inside and out. Gotta love Ford and my Dealer!

Great to hear, especially on the tank of gas. $1.80 here now on 87 octane I hope they return mine today with a full tank If not then I may ask to siphon some from the loaner...hehe

just curious, but has anyone opened their moonroof and listened to the amount of noise the truck makes? ( roof open windows closed ) there is no noise inside ........but let me tell you......mine sounds like an airplane taking off when i go under an overpass. kinda sounds cool. as for driver window open i only notice a little whistle which seems to come from the mirror. or it could be the wiper cowl.......with all those holes in it. just my opinion
The ticket doesn't have a number all it says for the work for acceleration is "recal PCM" which is listed for both cruise and throttle. They just added a strip of something to the latch on my sliding rear glass (the none moving side). For the door all it says is "road test and aligned left door to improve weatherstrip contact on top." No numbers sorry
