Code Scanner for 6.0L?

Code Scanner for 6.0L?
I am getting a check engine light on my truck after I installed my Quad box. I sent the box back and they send me another and I am getting the same thing, the check engine light after several starts. I am trying to loacte a scanner for this engine, but I am not having much luck.
I have gone to sears, pepboys, autozone,... looking for a lower model code scanner and code erasing but none of them work for the 6.0L! After some research it appears that our engines use a "CAN Protocal" which these scanners won't work on.
Any ideas? I don't want to bring it to a dealer!

My only complaint is how anyone can claim on better fuel milage- I can't imagine not keeping the pedal down!

I'm near fort worth if I can be of assistance...
Got my turbo back exhaust from Quad...
Since I've not dynoed the predator, I don't know if the +100Hp is really +100... but Ken with Motorhaven says he's dynoed Diablo's other stuff and their ratings are usually conservative...
but 2.30 60' time for my beast is pretty good...
