JUNO does anybody use

I'm trying to logonto juno an can't for some reason....anybody else had this problem?
I'm running windows ME pavilion laptop with an extenal 56K modem.
I get a error 691 but nothing seems to work.
Any thoughts?

try uninstalling and re-installing the Juno software. I used Juno about 4 years ago, so I'm not really up to date on the newest version.

...After dump AOL/compuserve and reformatting the hard drive, switching to Juno I havent had any problems.
