Fat Ford Boy- I have a 2003 King Ranch, and I went to www.king-ranch.com (don't forget the dash). They sell leather seat cleaner and conditioner designed for these seats. It's $9 a bottle. I've used it, it works very well. You have to be careful with these seats, they are not finished like other leather seats, the leather is far more absorbant, as you have probably already noticed!
Depending on how dirty the leather is , I really like using just saddle soap! Its inexpensive, smells pretty good and with a very soft natural bristle fingernail brush gets into the grain of the leather. It also leaves the leather with a good feel and keeps it soft and supple. I have tried other leather cleaners and was not impressed for the price.
Under any circumstances DO NOT USE SADDLE SOAP on the King Ranch seats!!!! I have a King Ranch F150 and I was told by the people at King Ranch that saddle soap would turn the seats BLACK! Use the seat conditioner from King Ranch, it works well and isn't real expensive.
Fat ford - I have a 2002 KR Supercrew as well - I would echo barnes advice - do not use saddle soap.
Although the KR Saddle Shop conditioner works fine, there's also some other popular ones such as Lexol and 4-Way (do a search on the web - you can usually find both at a tack shop or farm supply store. Although I have not personally tried Lexol cleaner, I've heard to stay away from it - the conditioner is very good, but don't use the cleaner)
I have tried all the conditioners above and personally find LeatherMaster conditioner followed by a coat of their Waxon product to be the best method for a buttery leather feel... you need to remember that the KR leather is furniture grade leather and needs to be treated as such... LeatherMaster has about the most complete line of leather care products around.... a little pricey, but worth it... here's the link: (Castano leather is type A - analine)
