I shut it off....its too old and risks a fire...lol
I turn it on when I wake up, go downstairs and eat breakfast and watch about 1/2 hour of TV to wake up. Then I come back up here to use the bathroom and when I go into my room...its just about to load the screen that says "WINDOWS 98"

OK, since no one has really asked yet...... what does a cold cathode light DO? It doesn't seem reasonable to me that it would COOL anything, even if it does burn cooler than a fluorescent light. "Burn" is the key word here.

a cold cathode is just a light that can be different colors, red, blue, green, and its cooler than other types of light.

I just wouldn't spend that much time on a computer case.
But, you prob wouldn't do some of the stuff I do
Looks very nice, must have had a lot of work in it.
