Front spring rate??

What is the rate for the front springs on a '72 F100 longbed??

(360, AT, AC....)

my 1970 options manual says 1250lbs for the V8's. i dont know if they changed any or what in 1972

spring rate

Spring rate should be close to 350 lbf/in. I do some design work with springs and did the computations on a 76 F100 front coil spring a few years back. It should be similar to yours. The 1250 lbf is a load or capacity type figure.
