For anyone who hasn't figured out how to get it to come up in a 2024 F-150, 6.5" Bed, 5.0L, with the switchblade key, not push button. I figured it out today.Sit in truck all doors closed until interior light go off.
Hold Okay button down for 5-10 seconds, keep holding.
Start truck, Keep holding Okay button until ET shows up in lower right corner.
Release Okay button. Options to Scroll through ETM settings will appear.
Adjust as needed, press okay. Turn off truck, restart and operation is complete.
