It will only help "knowledgeable" folk*, but if you keep your fog lights on, they will realize that they are low beams, since the fogs turn off on Hi.
*of course, that is probably about 5% of the population, and probably won't make any difference...
On the other hand one of the favorite changes knowledgeable super duty owners do is enable bambi mode which allows fogs with high beams so fogs just aren't a good indication of whether or not high beams are on.
If you do adjust the lights, I would caution you against applying too much torque on those screws to get them to turn as they break easily. It’s a plastic gear and I had to soak mine repeatedly over a few days to get it to the point where I could get the light beam to move up and down. Many take the vehicle to a dealership and let them do it because it’s on them if they break it. You can do it yourself just go easy on it. They only adjust up and down and if I recall, counterclockwise raised the beam. I created a thread on this a while back, will see if I can find it.

Then again, some clowns ride around in bambi mode via forscan, oblivious to their blinding ways. With the auto-beams, that would have to be intentional or (more likely) forgetful. But even at daybreak or dusk, the LED projectors on bright are blinding.

I bet that at least 99% of SD owners have never even heard of Forscan, and have no idea that it is possible. Which means that 99.99999~% of the general population also have no idea it's possible.
