I bought a standard motor products one on rockauto first part of this year that had this I termediate tab. I see your air pump hose has be cut but the metal section left. It makes it a pain to get that screw out. Not sure if your air injection system. Is still intact, but if it is I highly recommend getting (2) 3/4 threaded bolts no more than 3/4" long and plug the heads.
