ICP sensor

Working on a 2004 6.0 having issues with the sensor replaced it 2 times because we tightened it to much and broke the o ring causing oil to come out. Put in a new one torqued to spec and still leaking oil any ideas?

Please provide more details.

What brand sensors?
Where did you buy them?
What torque did you tightening it to (units of measure are important)?
Are you sure your torque wrench is calibrated reasonably well?
