Apologies, wasn't trying to. I had started one and received no responses, but that was probably due to so many other previous people posting about crossflow issues. I know that crossflow was common because I had done research and read other people's postings. Just had not ran across my issue before in previous threads.

Not sure what you are talking about when you say shuttle valve in the return line
There are 2 one way valves in the pump assembly, both on the supply side
The recall valves are to fix fuel returning to the wrong tank

There are two ways fuel can return to the wrong tank. One is the check valve in the high pressure fuel line and the other is the shuttle valve in the fuel pump assembly. From my understanding, not all of the fuel pump assemblies have this shuttle valve. I know my 95 F250 does. It's possible that the early models have the fuel tank selector valve and those system are a bit different.

This is an ongoing issue and there are several threads about this same topic. I'm not certain why it is so confusing. Fuel will go back into the wrong tank by either the fuel pressure line or the fuel return line. If the fuel is going back on the pressure line then it's the check valve in the line. If it is going back on the return line, then it's the shuttle valve or the fuel selector valve. I suspect all of those parts fail and until you know what is failing in your truck, you will never know. I suspect every solution is right, but not every solution is right for you.
