'71,'74,'76 2150 vac question

'71,'74,'76 2150 vac question, i have a 71 cougar 302 w/elec ignition in 74 f100, recently replaced china carb with 76 1.08v 2150. replaced alternator and v reg, all working as required except rich/lean and idle need to be adjusted. i am looking for a vac connection for my vac gauge. heater hose vac switch is connected to "spark port", no vac at idle there.
vac advance is hose connected to 3 tree connector, one tree is capped other tree is hose to egr. vac retard is connected to large hose at back of manifold with bolt blocking the end and a hose that connects to a tube to transmission. i have searched the manifold for any possible taps, there are none. with this configuration does anyone see a possible manifold vacuum connection?
and of course there is the ported vs non ported connection issue
